Portrait Sessions

 

Each session includes a complimentary design consultation, along with the time and artistic talent required to create a thoughtfully curated collection of portraits.
Digital images and printed products are not included.

  • Weekday Studio  – 220
  • Weekday On-Location Session (covers DFW area)– 320
  • Saturday, Sunrise, or Sunset Session – 420
  • Texas Destination Session (2-4 hours from studio) – 620
    *minimum order in print products of $2000 applies | Travel expenses may be incurred
  • Extended Destination Session (over 4 hours from studio) – 720
    *minimum order in print products of $3000 applies | Travel expenses covered by client

 

After each session we will schedule an order appointment where Sveta will help you to choose the most powerful photographs for retouching and printing.

Please be aware that unedited photographs from camera are not provided and can not be purchased.

 

*all sessions scheduled between November 1 – December 15 require a minimum order of $1,500*

*pricing is based on a one-hour session*

*each additional hour or any portion of it is billed at the same hourly rate*

*prices don’t include make up and hair services*

 

Studio Policies 

 

Creation Fee & Minimum Orders
The creation fee (and any applicable minimum order) is required to reserve your session date.

Portrait Orders

  • A 50% deposit is due when placing your portrait order.

  • The remaining balance is due when portraits are ready for pickup.

  • Portraits not picked up within 30 days will be placed in storage, and a $35 monthly storage/retrieval fee will apply.

Payment

  • Accepted forms: cash, checks, and major credit cards.

  • Orders placed more than 60 days after the session will follow the price list in effect at the time of ordering.

  • Minimum orders will be forfeited if not placed within 6 months of the session.

  • Shipping charges may apply if needed.

  • All prices are subject to state and local sales tax.

It is illegal to copy, reproduce, or use these images for personal or commercial purposes without written permission.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Creation fees are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.

  • Exceptions are made for weather or illness.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • Additional rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the creation fee.

Portrait Order Appointments
Your initial ordering appointment is included as part of our service.
If a second viewing is requested, a $100 fee may apply.

Use of Images
As the copyright holder, Sveta Butko Fine Art Portraiture reserves the right to display and use images for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you prefer your images not be used, please inform us prior to your session.
