Studio Policies 

 

Portrait Orders

  • A 50% deposit is due when placing your portrait order.

  • The remaining balance is due when portraits are ready for deliver.

Payment

  • Accepted forms: cash, checks, and major credit cards.

  • All prices are subject to state and local sales tax.

It is illegal to copy, reproduce, or use these photographs for personal or commercial purposes without written permission. Written permission for personal or commercial use of Luxury Business Portraits is included. 

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Creation fees and deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.

  • Exceptions are made for weather or illness.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • Additional rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the creation fee.

Use of Images
As the copyright holder, Sveta Butko Fine Art Portraiture reserves the right to display and use images for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you prefer your images not be used, please inform us prior to your session.
